Stock cabinetry for multi-unit work — senior living, apartment communities, new construction. No quote to wait on. No freight to price. No minimum order. Everything in the catalogue is stock. One price list — pick the sizes and the count and get on with the job.
We built the ordering the way we wished it worked — because we do multi-unit renovations ourselves. PFS Cabinetry and QuickTurn Remodeling are both Petry Enterprise companies, and we have spent years turning occupied units on a schedule.
Every door style, finish and size we stock — with your account pricing, your terms and your labelling — opens as soon as you sign in. Accounts are for companies buying cabinetry in volume: property management, senior living, general contractors and developers.
Setting up an account takes a short conversation and a credit check. You will have pricing and be able to order within a few days.
Orders shipping to the west are supplied from our western line. It is the same ordering, the same labelling by unit, the same free freight and the same delivery week — the door styles and finishes are different, and we are putting them online now.
In the meantime, tell us what you need and we will price it the same day. Call 1-260-715-5178 or reply to your account email.

Every door we sell is a flat-panel shaker, painted or stained. The frame width varies — from a slim 1" to 2 3⁄4" — and your account opens the styles, the finishes and the prices. The door is what a tenant sees and what a tenant bangs. What is behind it is what decides whether it still shuts square on the third turn.
A flat centre panel in a square frame. The workhorse for multi-unit work, and the one that dates the slowest.
Five things hold across every style we sell.
Every size in the catalog is available in all four, so a building can be specified once and ordered in whichever style suits it. The differences are set out plainly below — including where they are not the same cabinet.

One-time setup. Billing terms and authorized users are captured once and never asked for again.
Pick your door style and finish once at the top, then filter to the sizes you need and see the price on the spot.
Quantities, multiple sizes, as many line items as the job takes. One style and finish per order.
Give us your PO number and your unit numbering, and the order arrives labelled the way your crew works — not as an unsorted pallet someone has to sort on the dock.
Your order comes straight to our team. Nothing is processed automatically — a person looks at every order, and you will have a confirmation within one business day.
Everything is stocked, so there is nothing to wait on. We apply your account pricing, set the delivery week, and bill on the terms you already have with us.
Shipping is included — no freight line, no surprise on the invoice, whatever the order size.
We have been supplying senior living communities and apartment operators for years. What is new is the ordering, not the cabinets.
Every order ships free, with no minimum and no per-shipment freight quote to wait on. The price you see beside a cabinet is the price on the invoice.
